my comment disappeared but that could have very well been my computer’s fault. You mentioned in the podcast how all the abusive guys on Degrassi are obviously bad from the get go, but what about Eli? He’s very well liked and the writers have been dropping clues all season that he’s a little creepy and unstable. And there is that problem with the fans being angry with the writers for turning their beloved character into this scary territorial guy, but I think it’s pretty well done. So there you go, the fleshed out more or less likeable abusive character.
Since you asked for questions, have you ever seen any of the old Degrassi shows? Degrassi JH and Degrassi High?
